NYFW Day 1 & 2
Whenever it comes to the beginning of September you start to see slender girls with perfect body and heights walking down high streets and occupying the balcony seats of some famous restaurants, then all we know that, Fashion Week is here.
This year I am lucky enough to work as a PR at the fashion week, and I can never deny that the whole event is simply amazing!
Due to the issue of working attire requirement me and my colleagues all need to dress in black, so I was actually thinking about how to make some fun and get rid of the impression of boredom that professional black attire usually gives people.
Well the whole key is easy – make it CHIC and SOPHISTICATED, and CLEAN – the usual and daily mortal that is always implemented in my daily style and clothing, effortless enough! right? :p
每逢到了九月就會開始在街上看到一堆一堆特別有氣質的模特充斥在大街上和露天咖啡店的全位上,那你就會知道時裝週又來了
這一年很幸運可以找到在時裝週工作的實習,而我真的只可以用amazing來形容時裝週令我見識到的很多人和事,也了解了很多內裡運作的程序
由於工作規定了我們要穿全黑的服裝,其他人都直接穿黑色西裝了, 但我自己既然有那麼多衣服都是黑的,心想就穿特別一點,不要穿黑西裝西裙那麼沉悶吧
如果上班時要穿特別一點但又有服務限制,那其實只需要簡單的記住兩點就ok: “簡約”和”俐落”, 保持些微專業的感覺就對了
飾物也只能戴簡約風格的

All in Hue
One of my favorite places in the world except Paris will be this ancient but modern city – London
Last night my dearest friend Meview and me went out for a very fine dinner in Covent Garden, which personally I think the place has the shadow of some Paris normal farm markets.
It’s almost July but you can hardly feel that it’s actually summertime here
the weather is renowned to be humid,wet, rainy, dull, and whatever negative terms about weather that you can think of!
But I just don’t wanna leave this beautiful city, it is very small street where a sense of art, literature, fashion and modernism pervade
英國倫敦，絕對是我最喜愛的城市地方之一
昨晚跟Mew Mew兩個女人到Covent Garden大吃了一餐
我自己是對Covent Gardenn情有獨鍾的，因為我覺得它很像法國那些小市場，很有風味
但唯獨是這邊天氣真的是出了名的差
每天總帶一兩個小時在下著毛毛細雨，天氣也很冷，完全沒有夏天的感覺
但我還是很喜歡倫敦
最喜歡它每一條小街大道都會多多少少浸透著藝術，文學，時尚和現代主義的風格，對於我自己來說，這是一個大城市最應該擁有的原素

Hi Everyone! This is Christine 🙂 Today I’ve got two important news to announce, and I will start talking about the first one – The New Launch of My Blog, MOU IN STYLE
Last year I chose to incorporate blogging as a part of my life regardless of my busy schedule. At the very first beginning I started blogging on www.stylemou.blogspot.com where I take pictures of my everyday life, doing different makeup looks and sharing my skincare information. And now I am starting this blog for sharing a more focused interest in fashion and the particular style that I love and I would wear.
And I would like to start my first post here telling a little story of myself.
By now I have been in New York for half a year (moved from Macao to California in 2012, and moved from California to New York in 2013). At the very beginning I always found myself being frustrated as everything was really disparate from what I encountered in California, the school, the people around, the living pace, etc, but seriously, never for a second that I have ever felt regretful of coming to New York. There’s something very important to me which I ultimately want to pursue, in my life. I just think that everyone in his/her life at some point must come to a time, a time for which they are able to vision their future and realize their true callings. Being lucky is not what would make you discover this turning point in your life, you have to take your courage and realize every single strength and limit you possess and continuously try to improve them. Never be afraid of knowing a “weak” you! And along the way when you pursue your goal, remember to make yourself open to any challenges. It is true that everything we do comes with a cost, and that’s why we always have to make choices with utmost discretion, but that does not give you a stand of not trying new things just because you simply do not what to take a risk. We are just human, we cannot forever be wise and make the perfect choices, so I hope that everyone who’s reading this blog can remember this spirit – Be brave and go for what you want.
OK, enough for my story, and now I am going to tell you about the second news – The New Launch of Mouinstyle Fabrique
Accompanying with the new launch of this blog, I have also launched a new page on Facebook which is the Mouinstyle Fabrique.
