My Favorite 6 Fashion Trends In This Early Winter

First of all, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I hope you spent some good times with your families or friends or at least enjoyed some well-baked turkey. Since I’m totally not fond of turkey, I spent my thanksgiving night at a really authentic Italian restaurant called La Lanterna di Vittorio in Manhattan Greenwich village. If you happen to be in New York, I seriously recommend you to try it out! They have some really good lasagne and authentic pizza that my mind just couldnt help constantly and consciously thinking about them.

Today I would like to share some of my favorite fall outfit photos that I took during my travel to California and Oregon from last week. I realize that whenever I travel I could get so serious in planning my travel wardrobe ahead, and as a result I usually tend to bring with me some of my favorite pieces because I want to make sure that I will have some amazing pictures taken by leveraging different city backdrops, not just in New York!

So below are my favorite 6 trends and styles for this early winter, and I’ll also show you how I did the mix-and-match in wearing them during my travel:

I can never resist the charisma in Ruffles, and I would love to share with you all my all-time favorite ruffle skirt! The silhouette of a midi skirt can really help to elongate the legs and make you look much taller.

Look 2:  Track Pants   x    Metal Hardware Accessorizing

Are you aware that the athletic-looking striped pants has been omnipresent in this season? I chose to wear the very safe black and white combination but in fact I’d love to try wearing other colors too! I paired the pants with a metal hardware belt to add some rock elements and to make the whole look not so boring.

Look 3: Patch Coat   x   Track Pants  x   Metal Heels

I purchased this patch coat from Zara, but if you want, you can totally do-it-yourself by pinning some cute patches on your existing coats. Unleash your maximum creativity!

Spring Favorites – Trending for Spring 2014

Hi everyone! It has been a week since my last update! Today I wanna talk about the doughnut fashion!
Ok I am just kidding, but seriously I have read an article two days ago that it talks about how to catch up with the latest fashion trend by posing with McDonald food in pictures, since the latest Moschino runway has sprung up the trend of McDonald Clothing. (If you are not sure what is it about, google “Moschino Mcdonald”, it’s fun and worth your time of doing so!)

好吧我在開玩笑！但說真的前兩天在一個時尚網站看到一篇有趣的文章：＂用McDonald的食物拍照＂
我想最新一季Moschino Fall 2014的確帶動了這個風潮，大家如果未看這個collection的話快點去GOOGLE一下吧！很多很有名的blogger都有穿上這一系列的衣服, 是蠻有趣的一個COLLECTION.

In fact I am sharing an outfit that I wore when I did my shopping at around 59 Street. And of course, it’s also a sharing of my typical Tuesday.
One of the biggest trend for Spring 2014 is the element of “See-Through” , and I believe you must have realised this trend as more and more people are trying to own at least one piece of see-through in their wardrobe (This is what I can see in the past few months). So I would love to share with you guys my SPRING FAVORITES:
a see-through blouse, and
a two-layer skirt (which is, another big trend for the season!)
Honestly, see-through clothing has become my fetish since two or three ago (not kidding! lol) But it definitely requires a little, simple technique when you are trying to master your piece of see-through, that is — Do not obsessively wear the see-through pieces (that’s the common mistake that most girls would make because they love the see-through TOO MUCH!). It’s the simplest but most genuine advice!

我相信很多人都發現透視的衣服成為了最近女孩們打扮的首選！前幾個月開始看到很多朋友都會最少擁有一件這樣的透視裝
而在上一季的時裝秀Spring 2014也會頻頻看到這種透視設計，但說真的，兩三年前我已經非常非常喜歡透視裝haha
但其實穿這種透視裝的同時大家也要記得一個小守則，很多女孩或許太喜歡透視裝而把透視這個元素穿到身上每一個各落，
但過份穿搭透視的衣服會反而造成美感大失，最容易看到這個錯誤就是當你衣服透視的那部份／範圍太大或質地太薄! 看上去便會有些少許廉價的感覺，
所以最好還是把這種元素加一點到你平日的衣著上就可以了，而且透視那部份最好要選質地較硬身的布料 🙂18
